Old Business

The fun fly picnic which was held on June 21 was attended by 6 people. There will be no picnic/fun fly in August because of Aerorama. Thanks to Joe St Onge for installing the new wind sock and installing the new fence rail that was broken. Thanks to Randy Grube who rolled the field to get it ready for the show. Biros will be called to make sure the Port A John will be serviced for the air show.

New Business

Aerorama will be held Sunday August 23, 2015. It was talked about that we cook our own food for this event. Joe St Onge and Tim Vincent volunteered to do the cooking.

Larry Smith asked about advertising for the show. Jim Dunn said he would be making up flyers and give them to the membership for them to place then in various business around the community.

Set up for Aerorama will be at 7:00 a.m. all members are asked to help with set up and also with clean up after the event.

Scott White has a DJ that will help us with the show and will contact him. His cost is $25.00 for the day.

Eddie Pollack will make up some flyers to hand out at the gate for us as he did in the past.

Members were reminded to return their tickets to one of the officers for the plane raffle before the show.

Jim Dunn reminded all members that there will be no flying allowed when the field is being cut or when other field work is being done such as rolling the field.

Jim Dunn asked if any other business was to be discussed, with the membership stating no further items to discuss, the meeting was closed at 7:38pm. A motion was made to close the meeting by Joe St Onge and seconded by John Majikas.
