Jim Dunn talked about the fun fly that we will be having at the field on Sunday, June 8, 2014. The price will be $3.00 per person and mentioned to the membership that they could bring baked goods ,chips and anything else they liked to share with those in attendance. The club will supply the hot dogs, hamburgers, soda and water.

Joe St Onge discussed the condition of the sign and pin box and stated that some repair work needs to be done. It was mentioned that they are going to have the two boxes side by side instead of front and back. Some other repair work has to be done on the sign and the boxes which will be done this winter.

A discussion on the retrieval pole took place and it was mentioned that if anyone needs the pole Walt Basiago has it at his house.

If any members are flying on the 72 megahertz or on the Ham radio bands they must use the frequency pin box and place their AMA card in the box.

The box will also be modified to accept the retrieval pole. A motion to do the repair work on the sign and the boxes was made by John Kennedy and a seconded by Frank Bobick.
Frank Bobick mentioned that ever member who uses one of the flight stands should do some housekeeping before they leave the field and wipe off any oil that they may have deposited on them.

With no other business needed for discussion, Jim Dunn asked for a motion to close the meeting . A motion was made by Joe St Onge seconded by John Kennedy. The meeting was closed at 7:35 PM.
